For your 1-week free trial, please wear comfortable athletic clothing such as a T-shirt and shorts or joggers. Once you officially enroll, we will provide you with a high-quality HighKix uniform.
How long does it take to see progress?
Most students notice improvements in focus and confidence within the first month. Physical coordination and technical skills build over time, which is why we recommend attending classes 2-3 times per week.
